A large, luxury villa situated lakeside in Royal Palms of Briarwood. All the main rooms have been designed to take advantage of the lake views and the magnificent sunsets. The decor of the house is plantation/colonial with tiled floors and plantation shutters. The large free form heated pool again overlooks the lake. The deck and lanai are luxuriously furnished. There are two master suites, each with its own bathroom. The cosy little den doubles as a fifth bedroom when required. The home is excellently maintained and a full guide to the area is provided.

Management: Our property is excellently managed and our agent is available at all times for any queries. Previous guests have consistently remarked on the beauty and cleanliness of the house. The villa and the area is excellent for children. Beaches are safe and there is a strong sense of community. There is also a communal pool, tennis and basketball courts and a elegant clubhouse.

Guide: One of us is a travel journalist and we provide an excellent guide to the area's shopping, beaches and restaurants. So if you want to know which beach is consistently in America's top ten, or what local Chinese does the best takeaway or where to have a sunset dinner on the beach, book with us!

Naples: Naples is a place of extrordinary contrasts. The pristine elegance of downtown is fringed by magnificent beaches where you can see all kinds of wildlife. You can shop in the morning in sophisticated outlet malls and take a boat through the famous 'rivers of grass' (the Everglades) in the afternoon.

Other Activities: Communal pool, tennis , waterpark and funpark nearby, excellent shopping, centre for the arts and culture, excellent parks with picnic facilities.

We have had a very nice holiday in your house.We feel us well and so that`s why we are going there in September this year again.In the last year we have made many trips in Florida. We were for 3 days in Miami, for 3 days in Key West, for 3 days in Orlando and some trips in other areas.Your house is very tidy and the area is very restful. We are looking forward to our next holidays from 19th of September till 16th of October 2009

Perfect In Every Way

This home was exeptionally beautiful, impecably clean and very comfortable. We had 2 families staying for a week and never felt crowded. All the rooms and the layout made it easy for everyone to have their privacy. The pool was wonderful, too. The kids always had something to do and can't stop talking about it. The best part was that it was FULLY equiped. Everything we could've wanted was there...beach/pool toys and chairs, fishing poles, coolers, plenty of towels, even a skim board, and life vest for the little one. Every time we turned around we were surprised and excited about a new ammenity we discovered! 1442 Vintage Lane was 5-10 minutes from everything we experienced in Naples. Many beautiful beaches, downtown Naples, shopping, the zoo and conservancy were all a very short drive away. Naples was very family friendly(no crazy spring break parties). Noelle was also VERY comprehensive in the information we received about the area on booking. Honestly, this home was perfect in every way and I am very gracious to have been able to spend our vacation there! Thank You Noelle for sharing your home with us!!!
