Guest suite with queen size bed and full bathroom, 2 further twin bedrooms plus third bathroom. Upstairs is a large DEN, the corner sofa has a pull out queen size bed. The Den has an open view over the balcony to the living room below. TV’s in all bedrooms and Den. Internet access. We provide games and books for all. Our oversize pool looks onto the lake and is surrounded by luscious planting, enhancing the views and giving extra privacy. We are not overlooked. The House

The second guest suite with a Queen size bed and views over the pool and lake is downstairs with a full bathroom. Upstairs are the two twin bedrooms each with two single beds.Also a further bathroom. The large Den upstairs also has a corner sofa unit which includes a pull out Queen size bed. This room has a partly open wall which looks down onto the living area below. The Master bedroom is also to be found upstairs. There are TV's in all the bedrooms plus the Family room and Den. We also have two bicycles that you are welcome to use (at your own risk) plus tennis rackets and pool ques. There is also a selection of books and games for all.

THE HOUSE

Double entrance doors lead into the formal living and dining area with its full height cathedral ceiling and balcony looking over from above. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs and includes a breakfast table and counter seating. Two sets of patio doors lead from the kitchen and family room onto the lanai and the 28'x14' heated pool. Luscious planting both enhances the view over the lake and gives total privacy. The upstairs Den is ideal as a third living area or fifth bedroom and has a balcony looking down onto the formal living area. BROADBAND AND WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION is available here along with a TV and DVD player. We have a fully equipped laundry room and all linens and towels are provided. There is a double garage and large driveway. The master bedroom has KING SIZE FOUR POSTER BED, en-suite with corner bath, his and hers vanity units and an extra large walk-in shower. Leading off from this is a large walk-in wardrobe.

THE POOL and LAKE

At the rear of our home is the oversize 28'x14' heated pool with views over the lake and an ample seating area under the cover of the lanai. The decking area around the pool has a table and chairs for outdoor dining plus lounger chairs for relaxing by the pool. The pool has steps at the shallow end and a ledge at the deep end, an ideal spot for cooling off. Lush tropical planting gives total privacy yet enhances the view. It is possible to fish in the lake from the bank by the house.
