Notes to the rental rates

• Daily and monthly rates are also available which are NOT pro-rata with weekly rates eg Daily $175-$225 Monthly $1900-$2400 depending on month. Note for monthly rate power/water etc is not included and for month would usually be $150. Special rate for'TPC' week rate of $2200
  
• Temporary club membership not essential but recommended. Membership rates are variable, for example June $20/day or $350/month for a family unit. Green fees vary from $55 to $110 depending on time of year. Payment in restaurants, shops and for extra activities is placed on the member’s account and paid on a monthly basis – money cannot be used for purchases in club premises.

Facilities at Sawgrass

Temporary membership of the country club provides access to its extensive and luxurious amenities, which include 27 championship holes of golf, several swimming pools (one heated), 12 tennis courts and a fitness centre, which runs daily tutored sessions. The Atlantic Ocean is 5 minutes walk from the condo and is accessed through the club’s private Beach Club, which also has 2 swimming pools, formal and informal dining facilities and overlooks several miles of private and mostly deserted, unspoilt beach. The facilities make for an active sporting or quite restful family holiday, or a mixture of both!

How to get to Sawgrass

Jacksonville has its own airport and is an easy and uncomplicated 45mins drive from our Sawgrass condo. Most American carriers use this airport and many have direct UK / European flights with connections from their major US hubs to Jacksonville. Others may find charter flights to Sanford airport (North of Orlando and our usual choice) to be a better option. Many UK & European tour operators fly direct to Sanford which is a small busy charter airport which is user friendly on arrival but has poorer departure facilities. Driving time from Sanford 2hrs and Orlando international 2.75hrs. Golf Information:

Sawgrass, home of the Tournament Players Club (TPC), is a golfer's paradise. There are over 60 public, resort and private courses in the Jacksonville area. Play on the Country Club's own private courses (site of the original Players Championship) – there are 27 challenging championship holes that will push the best. If this does not challenge then access can be obtained to the TPC's own stadium and valley courses – try the famous island hole!
