Within 5 minutes drive to Palm Beach and Worth Avenue Shops and The Beach Walk. ten minutes by car to Palm Beach Airport Lushly Landscape Gardens throughout the complex, a large private tropical swimming pool reserved for residents. The Courtyards at CITY PLACE; City Place was built a few years ago and located within walking distance to Palm Beach and the Inter Coastal Waterway. The Courtyards at City Place has a Spanish Theme of Flowered Courtyards Fountains and Palm Trees. The Plaza too is designed to hold open concerts with shops and restaurants surrounding the square musical fountains are also set against the famous Bellagio Restaurant, the whole area is pedestrian friendly, the main street has a large selection of shops, including Macy’s and lots of other choices. Almost every night there are open concerts in the Plaza, Opera Singers, Violinists, and Classical Guitarists you can enjoy fine dining and watch the artists, there is so much selection of dining in City Place that you will probably not need to use your car at night, there is also a 5 screen movie theatre, 3 minutes walk from the front door, food and entertainment prices are not high.

    Local Hotels charge over $200 -$300 a night and are not within walking distance to all of City Places amenities

Notes: This beautiful home is furnished to a high standard and ready to move into ,The master bedroom is en-suite with separate bath and shower room , there are 2 further bathrooms and bedrooms , nicely fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer /ice maker , range , microwave and dishwasher, dining area in kitchen with views onto the lake and pool/spa , formal dining room and large living room with views onto the pool and access to pool area through large sliding doors. Golf: The selection of golf courses in the area is excellent, please ask us for links or have a look through the search engines on your own to select a few you would like to play, unlike the UK golf carts are included in the price prices from November to March are usually higher but during the summer golf is a bargain in Florida with some courses going from $100 per round down to $25 per round including your cart. I have played quite a few so if you need some advice don't hesitate to ask.

The PGA village house is Superb!
Very nice and clean with all the necessities and even more. We vere a party of 3 adults and 2 kids and we all just loved the pool and the house. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms makes sure you won't run ouf of space. The living area is large with nice TV and sound system. The heated pool is great as well.
Only downside is that the house is abt 2 hours from Miami as well as from Orlando. Port St. Lucie however is very close (abt 10 minutes by car) and you'll find all the supermarkets etc. If you are a gold player it's definitely your place, the house is in a golf village, if not and if you have a car - I'd say a very nice home away from home. The pictures on this site are however for the other property, check the www.kenduncanrealtor.com for the correct pictures of the PGA village house and keep in mind that the place is much, much more beautiful than you can see on the pictures. They don't do much justice to the place.
The owner is very friendly and heplful and made sure we got all the information neede.
Definitely worth staying!
