Located on a waterway off the New River, the newly renovated vacation villa offers affordable accommodation close to beaches and the famous Fort Lauderdale River Walk, where restaurants, cafes, museums and other attractions abound. Besides a heated swimming pool offering complete privacy and a deck with barbecue, there is a dock for boaters wishing to taking advantage of the ocean access available via the New River and nearby Intercoastal Waterway. There are many excellent nearby golf courses. One of the top courses not only in the area but in all of Florida (it occasionally hosts a PGA event) is the famous Inverrary Country Club, which features two championship 18-hole Robert Trent Jones-designed courses.
