It is on a PGA owned and operated resort with 3 competition golf courses and state of the art practice ground, home of the US PGA Professionals Qualifying School. It is 5 min. drive to shopping and many popular restaurants and cinema. It is about 20 minutes to beaches with many activities and natural habitats for local wildlife.

It is about 3 hours to the popular beaches of the gulf coast. PGA village itself has 3 championship golf courses and a learning centre. There are many popular restaurants and shopping centres within a short drive.
