The attractive large corner lot with its luxurious landscaping and paved circular driveway lead you to a welcoming high entrance and expansive glass features of the entryway. This beautiful home offers soaring ceilings and over 2400 sq ft of air-conditioned, tiled open space living area that include formal dining room, living room, family room and well-appointed kitchen with Corian counter top, breakfast bar and morning nook, as well as huge sliding doors to the pool and over-sized patio. High standard furnishings throughout make this house particularly enjoyable. The master suite with king-size bed and private access to the pool has an elegant passage to the spacious master bath with Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, separate restroom and large walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms have queen-size beds.

    Damage Waiver Fee:$60.00 (no more security deposit charged !); Tax: 11%; Cleaning Fee: $130 (up to 3 people) $150(4 or more people); 25/week electricity allowance. Any electricity consumption over allowance, will be charged at $0.12/Kwh.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: The renter may cancel the rental contract at any time, as long as the cancellation is sent to us in writing. The following deadlines and costs apply to cancellations by the renter:
    Cancellations of 46 or more days prior to arrival: 20% of rental amount is forfeited
    Cancellations of 45 or less days prior to arrival: 100% of rental amount is forfeited
    In addition, a non-refundable booking fee in the amount of $50.00 is charged on each reservation.
  • Boat Rental rates available upon request. ONLY $600/week ! If interest in renting the boat, please specify so, for how many days (minimum three), your level of expertise, and the purpose of renting it. I will send you a separate estimate for it.
