Deposits: A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to hold the reservation. The balance is due on the 1st of the month preceding the reserved week. There will be a $250 deposit against final cleaning charges ($130) and any telephone charges. The balance will be refunded.

Cancellations: If you cancel 60 days prior to your reservation, the only charge will be the 20% non-refundable deposit. If you cancel 30 - 59 days prior to your reserved week, you will be refunded 50% of your total cost, plus your damage deposit. For less than 30 days, the only refund is your damage deposit.
