It is conveniently located within walking distance of quaint 'downtown' Key Largo, some of the finest restaurants, shops, fishing fleet, and Community Park with Olympic-size swimming pool and diving facilities. Relax in the tropically shaded backyard or lie in a hammock between gently swaying palms on the beach. Enjoy cocktails on the deck while watching the sunset on Florida Bay. Inside, the home is tastefully decorated with nautical-style decor and artwork. The kitchen is designed with the gourmet chef in mind complete with all the expected amenities including granite counter tops and task lighting. Located an hour below Miami, Key Largo is the first island in the Florida Keys. Our house is in the heart of Key Largo, MM 99.2 on the Gulf of Mexico side, convenient to most tourist attractions, shopping, dining, and water activities. MIA is the closest major airport, about an hr and 15 min away.
