This beautifully appointed home is located on 3 acres of property in a lush, tropical setting with small marina and a few other rental cottages. It is conveniently located within walking distance of quaint 'downtown' Key Largo, some of the finest restaurants, shops, fishing fleet, and Community Park with Olympic-size swimming pool and diving facilities. Relax in the tropically shaded backyard or lie in a hammock between gently swaying palms on the beach. Enjoy cocktails on the deck while watching the sunset on Florida Bay. Inside, the home is tastefully decorated with nautical-style decor and artwork. The kitchen is designed with the gourmet chef in mind complete with all the expected amenities including granite counter tops and task lighting. Two queen-size bedrooms - each with en suite bathrooms and a sleeper-sofa in living room allow for four to six guests. Boats launch and dock slips on site. Located an hour below Miami, Key Largo is the first island in the Florida Keys. Our house is in the heart of Key Largo, MM 99.2 on the Gulf of Mexico side, convenient to most tourist attractions, shopping, dining, and water activities. MIA is the closest major airport, about an hr and 15 min away.

Close to bayside and more

I would like to recommend this accommodation; clean, well-maintained, great hospitality, relaxed environment. The last goes for the direct environemnt aswell as Key Largo.

My daughter (15) loved swimming with the dolphins and the ecotour of the mangroves. Both booked at Dolphins Cove. Nearby Pennecamp State park is also a must do.

Plenty of good restaurants, especially if you like fish. The Encore was our favorite.

Close to Miami International Airport (ca. 60 minutes drive).
