Upstairs: Big 2 story 2400 square foot. 2 king bedrooms up with crib in walk in closet 2 very large full bathrooms. Big screen TV room with leather seating. Oversized kitchen with 4 bar chairs and dining table for 6. Balcony Downstairs: #1.Bedroom with 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, slider to the pool, private bath #2.Bedroom with one queen bed, slider to pool, private bath. Laundry room Parking for 3 vehicles across and 31 small trailer on the pool fence line. 50'boat dockage with kayak raft. Free Kayaks to chase sea monsters. Take your camera and a sandwich to photograph various coloured iguanas depending on what colour flower they ate. Parrot fish also come in many colour combinations. Follow the jogging path to Sombrero Beach or jog the other direction to the shopping centre and the Brass Monkey Bar. Mile Marker 50 is Sombrero Beach Road, the centre of downtown Marathon shopping.

Great house for a big family !

We were very happy with the 4 separate bedrooms/bathrooms that were good also for families with small kids. The close distance to the great Sombrero beach with playground was a big plus, even if walking there takes a while. Walking distance also to shopping = good. Pool is small but perfect for kids. We enjoyed kayaking on the canals and cooking big dinners for 8 adults and 4 children. We can definately recommend this property for other families who want a relaxing Florida Keys vacation!
