Features: Our spacious villa is tastefully furnished, with vaulted ceilings, and has full air-conditioning, with ceiling fans if preferred. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV and DVD, a large walk-in closet, and a bathroom with double washbasins, a large shower cubicle and separate bathtub. There is a further double bedroom with queen-size bed, and two twin bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen adjoins a spacious breakfast area and in addition there is a more formal dining / living room. The family room has leather sofas, a TV with DVD and X-Box, and opens onto the pool area.

Heated Pool: The pool benefits from both electric and solar heating to ensure warmth in all seasons. There is ample pool furniture and a dining area with an overhead fan for those warm evenings.

This was a lovely villa, very well equipped and tidy with a large pool and patio area - beautiful view of the lake plus got the sun most of the day whilst also providing some shade. It was close to local amenities - Super Target opposite and only a short drive to some of the loveliest beaches. Try Little Hickory Beach, slightly further to drive but quieter. Would thoroughly recommend staying here. There was plenty of room as we were two families and never felt on top of each other.

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this excellent property spacious, sunny, perfect lakeside location, clean, well maintained and within easy reach of several sandy beaches . We found plenty to do in the area and there were nearby supermarkets to make for easy self catering in the well equipped kitchen . If you wanted a bit of life there were many bars with live music down in Fort Myers or the tranquillity by the pool in the evening made a good contrast . It certainly didn't disappoint in any way . ----- Ellie and Jack

Superb Location clean well maintained villa

Our family stayed at this property for 3 weeks in April/May this year and we were delighted by the location and the cleanliness of the house. We have stayed at various properties around Fort Myers but this one was maintained to a standard above the rest. The instructions and directions from the owner were clear and everything went without a hitch.Publix is 2 minutes away as are a number of bars and restaurants catering for all types of food preferences. As stated the beaches are minutes away and a variety of shopping outlets are within easy reach. Overall this is an excellent property providing value for money.
