Notes to the rental rates

• Rates include Florida sales tax and are based on 2 people sharing; No children under 18 unless prior arrangement made. $500 security deposit is required - returned after inspection; Village Amenity Fee not included in price - $50 upon arrival; No pets & no smoking inside; Rates can be pro-rated for weekly stay; 3 day minimum at $100 per night; Additional $100 cleaning fee; Payment can be accepted in USD, Euro or British Pounds at equivalent exchange rate during time of stay. Golf cart is included in the stay at no additional charge.
  
• Property is available for long term rental. Here are the rates displayed in months for peak and off-peak season:
  Jan 01 - Mar 31..........$3000/month
  Apr 01 - May 31..........$2000/month
  Jun 01 - Sep 30..........$1800/month
  Oct 01 - Dec 31..........$2000/month
  I am now taking reservations for 2010. January through March 2010 rates will be $3200 per month. I would prefer to have a 3 month rental during this holiday peak time.

Garbage pick-up and lawn care are already included.
