This beautiful home has over 2200 sq feet of living area, luxurious furnishings, high ceilings and spacious living, with separate dining room & morning room . The spacious living room and family room have magnificent water views with direct access to the pool area, high speed Internet access & an impressive entertainment center including stereo audio system, TV, VCR, DVD and CD. There’s a large, fully-equipped open plan kitchen and a separate breakfast nook with dining table and chairs. Appliances include dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/cooker and microwave. A utility room includes family washer and dryer. Master bedroom has tall patio doors directly to the pool terrace, luxury king size bed and TV, en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, corner bath). (Bed 2) has a queen size bed with additional TV/VCR, (Bed 3) has full-size bed (Bed 4) has twin beds. Bathroom 2 has over-bath shower and toilet.

Fishing – Boating - Golf: At the end of the day watch the sun go down from your own private boat dock, ideal for fishing the waters of the tropical canal. Cape Coral has more than 400 miles of canals. There are many ways to explore the outer islands and getting there in your own boat is half the fun. We can arrange your boat to be delivered to your dock for a just few days or a whole week. No special boat license is required, you must be 21 years of age and have a valid drivers license. If you can drive a car you will find it easy to drive a boat. There are over 60 golf courses within 1 hour drive of the home. A 10-15 minute drive will take you to Royal Tee Golf Club a semi private / public 27 hole championship golf course designed by Gordon Lewis. Four sets of tees, driving range, two practice greens, pro shop and a full service restaurant.
