This exclusive 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom waterfront villa is set in the prestigious neighbourhood of Cape Coral. The villa is set in landscaped gardens, with heated private pool and large patio area, which comes complete with a gas barbecue and ample patio furniture, this overlooks the coastal waterways for dock side fishing. Numerous golf courses are situated close by. For the comfort of the guests the property is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans. The large open plan lounge/dining area incorporates sliding patio doors to the lanai (pool deck). The room is tastefully decorated with cable TV(upgrade available ) The kitchen is fully equiped. Utility room :washing machine/dryer etc. Bedrooms: TV's in all bedrooms. The large master bedroom boasts a queen size bed and en-suite. Bedroom 2 has double bed and wardrobe. Bathroom 2 has full bath/shower. Bedroom 3 two singles, wardrobe, door to pool bath/shower. Bikes / fishing equipment avail. on request.

A quiet residential road .All the homes are of a high standard with neat gardens/yards. All the homes are waterfront properties on our side of the road. There are approx 400 miles of canals in the surrounding area all leading to the river making an ideal location for boating and fishing. There is a large shopping mall just over the river 10 mins drive. All the local supermarkets are just a short drive away down Del Prado. There is a small beach next to the yacht club in Cape Coral but the main beaches off Fort Myers are a 20 min. drive. The local golf facilities are excellent with 50 or more course within a very short drive. Cape Coral is reached via a bridge over the Caloosahatchee river very picturesque. The islands of Sanibel, Captive and pine island are a short drive away with mant beautiful beaches and nature reserves. Restaurants are good and plentiful.

  • This is our winter home for 6 months every year , we maintain it to a very high specification.( just in the last 18 months we have added full hurricane shutters, new flooring (modern 18inch tiles,) a new air conditioning unit, marble work top to bathroom 2, stainless steel cooker & microwave.)
    We have a pool man, yard man and a bug man who call on a weekly / monthly basis.
    The house is situated in a very sort after area, away from the main roads and just a short drive to the top malls outlets, Walmart, Walgreens, Sunsplash(a favourite with the young at heart) beaches, numerous restaurants / fast food chains and golf courses.(You can walk or cycle to a few shops and restaurants)
    Our neighbours are our friends, and all of there homes and gardens are of a similar standard.
    The waterway, the Rubican canal is one of the best canals in Cape Coral, a short distance from the river, with lots of wildlife and boating activity.Our dock, is of the walk around type, great for fishing

Golf Information:

There are numerous beautiful golf courses within a short drive from our home, either 9 hole courses,(executive) or 18 hole. Most are available to the general public, we can help you in this area as we play and will be happy to advise. You can also hire clubs at some courses if you do not want to bring yours with you. (Golf clubs are much cheaper to buy in the USA than in England, and are usually shipped free by airlines, please check with your airline. There are 2 sets of golf clubs at our home, available for you to use should you not wish to bring your own clubs.

We have taken a vacation in this home for the past four years. We are four golfers who like a peaceful retreat in the sunshine with somewhere to rest and recouperate after a round of golf! This is a lovely, well cared for and well equipped home - owned by people who care that their renters enjoy their stay. We have no hesitation in recommending it. May not be suitable for families with young children because of the waterfront location and deep pool. Ideal for someone who likes fishing. Well located for restaurants, golf courses and beaches. We enjoyed Applebees which is very close by, the Golden Corral (about 20 min drive and near a large Walmart) Ruby Tuesdays (for ribs and salad bar) and there are many other places within a short drive. One of our favourite places for a waterside drink is Rumrunners at Cape Harbour (you may need mozzi spray). Also good shopping and eating and pleasant for an early evening stroll.
Shopping is great, Walmarts, Eddison Mall on I41. Great golf and reasonably priced. We will be going back and if we were visiting the Cape Coral area (which we love) this would be the home we would like to stay in. Can't say more than that to recommend it!! June, Mick, Janet & Geoff
