Surfside villa is a recently built, luxurious waterfront home with boating access to the Gulf of Mexico. 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 twin rooms. Living room, formal dining room, family room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, double garage. Cable TV in family room and all bedrooms. Sliding glass doors give access from the family room to the S.E. facing covered lanai, deck area for sunbathing, and heated swimming pool and spa. The garden leads down to the boat dock and canal. Boat rental is available.

Close to Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Islands where you can watch dolphins play. Busch Gardens Theme Park is a good day out, as is a trip down the coast to Naples or the Everglades.

I have just returned from a stay in this lovely villa. It was furnished very well and very spacious and had everything you could possiblly need for a family holiday.The information that Steve the owner sent me before our stay was of great use. I can recomend this property to anyone staying in the Cape Coral area

Une magnifique villa conforme à la description joliment décorée et très bien équipée, lave linge,sèche linge, serviettes, télécommande garage, accès très facile, prise de clé ultra pratique. La piscine est au soleil dès le lever du soleil. Le barbecue est facile d'utilisation. La villa est très propre et située sur un boulevard calme. On est à 35 minutes de l'aéroport.
A so lovely place, we loved it and we want to come back (from Paris in Francis). Thank you very much to Steve.
