Villa Sunbeam is a luxuriously appointed home from home for the discerning vacationer seeking a peaceful and relaxing time in this little corner of paradise. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and can sleep six people. It has a private heated pool, and an 80ft waterfront with a dock. It is an exquisite, tastefully furnished villa in a quiet and sophisticated American neighbourhood with panoramic waterfront views. You can enjoy breakfast on the south facing poolside terrace, or in the dining room with views of both the pool and tropical gardens. Large living area with cathedral ceilings, comfortable couches and 50in television with cable. Separate cable channel selectors in the two main bedrooms. Master bedroom with King bed, en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, two further bedrooms, one with Queen bed one with twin beds. Everything provided for a relaxing and memorable vacation. Poolside dining, dock, gas barbecue, sun loungers and beach towels.

Snow white beaches, a myriad of stores (outlet and upscale) and restaurants and a wide selection of golf courses are close nearby. The area is an absolute paradise for all age groups, with miles of untouched beaches and nature parks. The tropical islands of Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Islands are just 20 minutes away. The property is also 10 Minutes from the SunSplash Water Park (ideal safe fun for children). Excellent shopping, outlet malls and restaurants to suit all tastes. Cape Coral also has an abundance of golf courses and sports-minded fisherman can enjoy great fishing off the coast by choosing from a number of day or half day charters. Miami is two hours drive away which boasts Florida's largest shopping mall. Tampa is two hours drive and Orlando and Disneyworld is two-and-a-half hours driving distance. Nature lovers will enjoy the famous Everglades, which is just over one hour's drive south.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Deposits -- A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to hold the reservation. The balance is due on the 1st of the month preceding the reserved week. There will be a $250 security deposit against any damages and a final cleaning charge of $130 payable to the caretaker locally on departure. Your security deposit will not be banked and will be refunded in full immediately after your vacation if no damage occurs.
    Cancellations -- If you cancel 60 days prior to your reservation, the only charge will be the 20% non-refundable deposit. If you cancel 30 - 59 days prior to your reserved week, you will be refunded 50% of your total cost, plus your damage deposit. For less than 30 days, the only refund is your damage deposit.

After 15 years of coming to Florida, this villa was certainly one of the best if not the best we have stayed in. THe Villa is spacious, well laid out, and furnished to a high standard. The location is superb as some we have stayed in require a lot of travelling around the canals in Cape Coral , but this was easy access in any direction. The owners provided a great backup system via their house manager Art who works hard to maintain a very high standard. Carabbas Italian restaurant is probably the most outstanding of probably 12 really good places to eat, and if you follow del prado south across cape coral parkway you will find a very Bohemian Bar called the Tiki Hut with great live music on the right as you go round the bend.All in All a great place to stay and good value for money.
