Family room with dining area, separate dining room, luxurious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, laundry room, double garage. Cable TV in lounge and all bedrooms. Sliding glass doors give access from the family room to the covered lanai, deck area for sunbathing, and heated swimming pool and spa. The garden leads down to the canal and boat dock. Convenient for all attractions including good restaurants, stunning white sand beaches, Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Islands where you can watch dolphins play, golf courses, a water park and a number of shopping malls and factory outlets. Busch Gardens Theme Park is a good day out, as is a trip down the coast to Naples or the everglades. Explore the beautiful canals and waters surrounding Cape Cape.

Convenient for all attractions including good restaurants, historic attractions,stunning white sand beaches, the islands of Captiva and Sanibel where you can watch dolphins play, golf courses, a water park and a number of shopping malls and factory outlets. Busch Gardens Theme Park is a good day out, as is a trip down the coast to Naples or the everglades. Meander down the canals from Villa Coral to Cape Harbour Marina and have lunch on the terrace at a waterside restaurant. Or venture further afield to some of the small islands and beaches that are only accessible by boat. Perfect holiday home

My family and I just returned from a 2 week vacation in Steve's home and we would like to share our experience. To put it shortly, it was perfect! The house was perfect, beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need and it was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was just what we needed, very peaceful yet there was excitement just around the corner if needed (Everglades, Disney, Sanibel Island and much more). We spent many hours lounging by the pool and looking out the canal, fishing and cycling. During our stay, we had company and they all agreed that Steve's house was perfect! I hope you will enjoy the house as much as we did.
