See the cruise ships go by from your living room in this spacious, luxury 3 story 3 bed/3 bath 2600 sq ft ocean front townhouse! Fully equipped with fireplace, big screen TV, and gourmet kitchen. You will enjoy and ocean front view from every floor including the master bedroom! Enjoy an outside balcony on the 2nd floor, your own private gated beach and a kitchen fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and oversize refrigerator. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking utensils and also a 1/2 bath. There is a dining room table with an ocean front view as well as a kitchen table. There is a washer/dryer downstairs, a shower and a 1-car garage with an ocean front foyer with exercise equipment. There is a swimming pool, tennis courts and shuffle-board on the property. In the master there is a king size bed, walk-in closet, luxury shower and bath, in the 2nd bedroom there are 2 queen beds and in the 3rd bedroom there is a queen bed.
