My husband & I stayed here end of June 1st part of July. We have great beaches in S.C. But wanted something different. We are so glad we made the trip! The house was beautiful,so comfortable & very clean.They provide you with everything you might need. There is also a very nice grocery store close by which has a large selection of fresh produce, meats as well as wine & beer. We cooked steaks on the grill & you can dine inside or out.The caretaker was very friendly & helpful with directions.The best part was the gorgeous beach!! ! We really enjoyed sitting on the upper deck watching the ocean waves, while sipping a cold fruit cocktail. The house is next to a condo but still very private & quiet- with a tall lattice fence, & lots of palms,flowers & other natural shrubs enclosing it. It was a nice relaxing vacation. If you want night life there are several ocean front restaurants & bars close by. We only went out for lunch 1 day & then they have a fireworks (pre- fourth of July) celebration at a marina that has several restaurants to choose from. You can also take a tour of the natural wildlife there are several companies that offer kayak tours they have some brochures at house & in phone book. We just enjoyed our oasis so much didn't need to leave! Will definitely return again next year!
