Notes to the rental rates

• A 20% deposit is required to secure all bookings (Xmas & New Year 50% non-refundable deposit required). - Balance due 2 months prior to arrival. Security Deposit - £300 ($500) - due 2 weeks before arrival. Security Deposit mailed 1 week after departure. Check in 4:00 PM Check out 10:00 AM.
  Cancellation: Less than 60 days will be refunded less 20% cancellation fee. Less than 30 days will be refunded less 50% cancellation fee. Less than 14 days no refund. For rentals of one month or more please contact owner.
  Xmas 2007 & New Year minimum 2 week stay.

ON ARRIVAL

On arrival there are fresh provisions of milk, bread, butter and orange juice in the refrigerator. A supply of shower gel, soap, shampoo and conditioner is provided in the bathrooms. I can arrange for any other shopping you require on arrival. The local supermarket is open from 7.00am to 11.00pm.

HOW TO GET THERE

Zoom flies from Gatwick to Fort Lauderdale - only 25 minutes from the house - has a premium economy option. Virgin Atlantic flies from Heathrow to Miami only 45 minutes from the house and from Manchester & Gatwick to Orlando. We recommend flying out Premium Economy and returning Upper Class which entitles you to a free Limo from the house to Miami or Orlando on your journey home. Silver jet has business class only seats flying from Luton to New York where you can fly down to Fort Lauderdale with Continental Airlines.
