This 3 bedroom house is located on a peninsula of land surrounded by water on all sides, apart from the driveway entered from Morton Street, by using North Drive. It offers the privacy of an island, including a small private beach area for sunbathing, with no neighbors overlooking the house grounds. Yet the City of Marathon is a short drive to the south. The house is furnished as a residence, fully equipped, including computer with internet and e-mail service. From the boat dock you can swim and explore the bay. The sea views are clear and interrupted. It's a place people return to, year after year. 2010 calendars is open.

Family from Miami: Thanks again and we look forward to coming back. My son ranks this as our best vacation ever - and that is the general consensus all around!

Scott has a high end Boat Business in Florida: Dear Dave, We wanted to tell you what a wonderful vacation we had at the peninsular house. It is some of the best money we have ever spent. The private and peaceful surroundings, clean-fresh air and awesome sunrises and sunsets were just what we needed. We had all the comforts of home and found the house to be very comfortable and relaxing. The tarpon fishing from the dock was great even though they evaded our lines and we didn't catch any it was fun trying. We found the marine life in the area to be awesome and highly recommend snorkeling around Sister Rock Island. We found all the local merchants to be most friendly and accommodating and enjoyed some great food and shopping. We will certainly recommend the Peninsular House to our friends and would highly recommend it to anybody that is looking for a relaxing vacation. We look forward to returning next year
