Furnished to the highest standards, fully air-conditioned; Beautifully carpeted and tiled throughout in cool shades; Lovely pool overlooking lake; All rooms have ceiling fans; 3 separate living areas: 2 indoors (great room and the den), plus outdoor lanai by the pool; Telephone with free local calls, DVD / CD player, 4 TVs; beach chairs, a cool box and ice packs, sun umbrella; Hairdryers. Main living area: the Great Room, big and airy with luxurious seating; 2 eating areas, informal and formal. Den: comfortable sofa, its own TV/DVD combo, desk, printer and hi-speed Internet (just bring your laptop). Master Bedroom: King size bed, TV, en-suite luxury bathroom including a large walk-in shower, walk-in closet /wardrobe, and quiet seating area. 2nd bedroom: Queen double, TV. 3rd bedroom: twin; Each with closet / wardrobe; Also queen sofa bed in den if 4th bedroom is required. Championship golf courses at every turn. Just 10 minutes from the glorious west coast islands of Sanibel and Captiva, and Fort Myers Beach. The Ford and Edsion winter homes are worth a visit. The wildlife is great - Lakes Park is just a short a cycle ride or a 5 miute drive from the house. The local Publix (2 minutes by car) and Sweetbay (walking distance) are great grocery stores, with excellent fresh produce, sushi, fish, steaks etc. If you're arriving late and tired, 7-11 (24 hour convenience store and gas / petrol) is literally just round the corner. Blockbuster (DVD rental), Walgreens and more are just round the corner. And for fashion, the huge Miromar Designer Outlets, Tanger Outlet Mall, Bell Tower Shops and other malls are all within a 15 minute drive. 2 health clubs nearby.

We had a great time here. Fab villa, had to drag Lucy out of the pool every evening! Many places to visit, especially enjoyed Wootens Air Boat ride in the Everglades. Need more time, we will be back!
