Situated on a prime lakeside location within the exclusive gated community of Beachwalk Isles our newly built luxury villa comprises of 4 bedrooms, kitchen, utility, breakfast area, family, sitting room and dining area. The 28' foot screened pool is electrically heated and enjoys all day sunshine. There are tables, chairs and sun-loungers on the large deck area. The kitchen and utility room are equipped with all modern appliances including dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. The family room hosts a large TV, VCR, DVD player and X-Box games console. The large garage contains a table tennis and pool tables and an assortment of beach equipment.

Accomodation: Our home is located in South Fort Myers, approximately a 10 minute drive from Fort Myers Beach and the renowned islands of Sanibel and Captiva. Within the immediate locality (2 minutes) are a large supermarket (Public), chemist, doctor, dentist, post office, Blockbuster and numerous restaurants. Also within easy reach are outlet stores, shopping malls, multi-screen cinema. Travelling to our home is easy, the nearest airport being Fort Myers/SW Florida International Airport (20 mins), alternatively it is freeway virtually all the way to Miami (2.5 hours, Tampa (2 hours) or Orlando (3 hours). Exact directions are available on request.

Activities: At Fort Myers beach area you will find numerous restaurants, bars (many with 'live' music) and watersports- including jet-kis, parasailing, water-skiing and boat trips. Sanibel and Captiva Islands are renowned for having some of the best shelling beaches in the world and nature reserves which can be explored by car, bike or kayak. The Evergaldes National Park, with its famous airboat rides and abundance of Florida wildlife is just over an hour from our home. Family days out include water theme parks (Cape Coral & Estero Island), animal sanctuaries.

Golf: Known as the 'Golf Course Capital of the World' the Greater Naples- Fort Myers area boasts more golf courses per capita than any area in the USA. There are more than 50 courses located within in 30 minute drive of our home.

As the title suggests the ideal location to explore and enjoy the locality.The management company provided good service including where to go for quick medical attention (tonsillitis)The property was very well cleaned and everything you needed was to hand.Sanibel has exceptional beaches which are about 30 mins away or the more lively Fort Myers beach which the teenagers prefer only 15 mins away.Fantastic fishing to be had in the backwaters or the Gulf.Kayaking trips great.The view from the rear of the property was great including the bird watching.Some of the birds seen were Egrets,Ospreys and Bald eagles.We would happily recommend this property without reservation. Wish we could have stayed longer!

A lovely house - spacious, clean, cool and comfortable - and the pool is just fab. We have stayed in this property on about four different occasions and would recommend it without hesitation. Just wish we lived there!

A MONTH AT BEACHVIEW

We have just spent 4 wonderful weeks at Beachview.This is a lovely area which gave us what we wanted-complete peace and quiet.The house itself is exceptionally comfortable and well equipped.Indeed it has every amenity, particularly important for a longish stay.The pool area is larger than usual and well equipped and the pool itself is also big and well heated.The views from the pool area are great-out over the lake.Really intriguing watching the birdlife particularly in the evenings.We were also pleased with the weather.Mostly sunny every day and only a couple of days when it was cool.Delightful,particularly in Jan/Feb.
I would fully recommend this house and I hope we will be back.

Outstanding holiday with Home from Home property

We have stayed at this property for the past 3 years, it is on a lake with an abundance of wildlife, the property is also in a superb position for all places to visit in Fort Myers and only 15 minutes to the islands of Sanibel and Captiva. The accommodation is first class and well maintained, with a beautiful pool overlooking the lake and with the sun shining onto the pool area all day, it is home from home.
If you booked this property, you would not be disappointed.
