Luxury 4 Bedroom Lakeside Villa with Pool

Sandpiper is a new 4 bedroom luxury lakeside villa with pool situated in the exclusive gated community of Beachwalk Isles in South Fort Myers, Florida. Sandpiper is 4 miles from the beautiful white sandy family beach at Fort Myers and 6 miles from the internationally famous beaches and wildlife reserve of Sanibel Island. There are many golf courses close by and fishing and boating charters are readily available. Sandpiper has high quality tasteful furnishings and decor throughout. It is fully air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans in all bedrooms, main lounge and Lanai. The 28' x 14' screened private pool is electrically heated (at extra charge or £60 per week if required). There is cable TV - VCR/DVD in Family Room and additional cable TV's in the Master Bedroom and Queen Bedroom. All bed linen is provided and local telephone calls are free. A locally based professional Management Company is on hand in case of emergencies.
