La Douee is a charming property comprising of a superb heated apartment. The south facing property provides well appointed accommodation, set on 3 acres of garden/woodland consisting of two doubles and one twin bedroom and room for a cot all with fitted wardrobes a large bathroom, plus an additional toilet. The loung/diner has a TV/DVD and the modern fully fitted kitchen includes an oven, halofen HOB, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. The rooms are light and airy featuring exposed wooden beams and all with garden views. The elevated, wooden decking area leading to your own garden, BBQ and parking facilities is ideal for al fresco dining. A cot and buggy are available on request, linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided. La Douee offers modern amenities and comfort, also incorporating the feeling of modern living.

Quaint Dinan town and Combourg beaches are 10 minutes drive, St Malo walled city 20 minutes, with casino and restaurants and entertainment near the Port and the University of Rennes abundant with shops. For the children there is Cobac Park (water and adventure), the aquarium, horse riding and mini golf all approximately 15 minutes away. The Normandy beaches and nearby Cancal renowned for its oysters and fish restaurants are 45 minutes drive together with the infamous Mont St Michel which must not be missed.
