The 'red house' is a tastefully modern style renovated cottage in a high standard, the principal house of a small hamlet in a 10 ha beautiful and very quiet property with 2 ponds, the owner 's horses breeding farm and its green meadows. The heated 6 X 14m swimming pool is situated in an enclosed area. Pets are welcome and you can bring your horse if you want ( contact us before in this case). Another cottage is close to the 'red house' where we spend our week-end during the summer and shared the pool.

The property is located in the heart of Brittany, close to Saint Nicolas du Pélem, ideal for walking, cycling or visiting many place of historic or architectural interest. A few minutes drive away, the beautiful lake of Guerlédan with sand beach and water sports. Slightly north of centre, the top coast is within 40 min drive and the south coast ( famous 'Carnac' village) about one hour
