Attractive detached breton cottage with heated 5x10m swimming pool set in 3 acres of land. Situated in the heart of rural Brittany, last but one on a no through road. Very private with its own garden with lawns shrubs and trees. There is a large grass area with swings - ideal play area for the children. The pool is situated in an enclosed garden surrounded by shrubs and trees making it a sheltered and sunny area. Please note, the pool season starts approx. 20th May & ends 16th September. Cottage has been renovated and furnished to provide comfortable accommodation. Resident owners are always there to help and answer questions.

Goas Teriot is situated in the beautiful countryside of central Brittany. 3miles from the villages of Locarn and 4 miles from Mael- Carhaix both having basic amenities. 10 miles from the towns of Carhaix-Plouger and Rostrenen these 2 larger towns having supermarkets and resteraunts. The cottages are approx. 1hr drive from North ,South and West coasts of brittany. There are lakes localy with water sport facilitys. The Nantes to Brest canal which is ideal for walking and cycling. Carhaix- Plouger which has go-carting, 10 pin bowling and a 6 hole golf corse.

Notes: 5 X 10 Metre Heated pool shared with other cottage July & August only. The pool is set in it's own fenced private garden surrounded by shrubs and trees. Each cottage having their own entrance The pool is heated to a minimum of 25 C. The washing machine is in an outside utility, shared with owners &other cottage. Cottage has electric wall heaters & wood burning stove. The wood for the stove is inclusive in the rental price. Towels can be supplied for those who come by aeroplane for a small extra charge. Private drive with parking and lawns. A large grassy play area with swings.

We are situated in a rural farming area, an ideal place for a relaxing peaceful holiday. Nearby is the Nantes to Brest canal, woodland walks and numerous lakes providing fishing, swimming, wind surfing etc. We are approximately 1 hours drive from the north, west and southern coast lines of Brittany. It is an excellent base for exploring historic towns and churches. For eating out there are excellent local restaurants providing a wide variety of Breton cuisine. And don't forget, we are always on hand if you have any problems.
