'Carros' is a pretty traditional Breton stone built country house, with a beautiful beamed interior. Set in its own garden with a sun trap terrace, lawn and shady apple tree, the house offers spacious, comfortable accommodation within the peaceful Breton countryside. Renovated to a very high standard in 2007. Electric panel heaters and wood burner for out-of-season lets.

Close to the beautiful town of Dinan with its Medieval architecture, winding cobbled streets and delightful Quayside area with restaurants and cafe life. This property is also less than an hours drive from the unspoilt beaches of the Pink Granite coast, providing an ideal base to explore this stunning area of Western France. With beautiful walks and bike trails surrounding the property, there are many more ways to see this lovely region. And remember the fantastic Medieaval Festival in Dinan in July.

Excellent house, quiet peacefull location well away from the cities but close enough to where we wanted to be

Just as a country cottage should be quaint and quirky but very comfortable and well equipped, lovely and quiet with no noisy TV or neighbours and in a lane with no passing traffic.
Just 20 minutes from Dinan and not far from some beautiful beaches. Great for cycling as cycle paths on doorstep and not too hilly!
Friendly owners live next door and are very helpful if needed.It really was a lovely place. Just don't all book at once as we want to return!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
