A spacious, rural, granite farmhouse with lots of outside space. There is a an enclosed patio and garden at the front of the house - fantastic for outside dining. At the back there is a large grassy garden overlooking rolling countryside. The kitchen is double height with skylights, a slate floor and a large Breton farmhouse table. From the kitchen, there are two sets of patio doors leading to both the front and the back gardens. The living room is very comfortable with a wood burning stove and fireplace. Beaches are a 30 minute drive away. Directly from the house there are walks and bike rides in the surrounding countryside. Guests have the use of two bikes, and there is a telescope with fabulous astral views on offer due to the rural location of the house! All mod cons make this the ideal retreat to get away from it all in beautiful rural France.

The house is in a quiet hamlet surrounded by rolling countryside, several lakes and old Breton farmhouses. The historic market town of Bourbriac is a 15 minute cycle ride, 5 minute drive away. In Bourbriac there are French produce markets, boulangeries, butchers, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The beautiful beaches of the pink granite coast are 30 minutes by car. Directly from the house there are lots of countryside walks and cycle rides. The house is about 45 minutes from Roscoff and Brest airport, and one hour from Dinan, and Dinard airport.
