Large kitchen is well equipped with oak units, a full oven with hob, grill, fridge, and a large table for family breakfasts. The beamed lounge has comfy sofas, a huge open fireplace and a large traditional farmhouse table for dining. Relax in the lawned garden with table, chairs, parasol and luxury reclining sunbeds. A BBQ and boules set are available for guests. Many things to see and do in the area, or relax in this beautiful haven.

Le Haut Beaumelin is a charming detached Breton farmhouse located near Guenroc on the Cotes d'Armor. It is situated in a stunning location in a pretty village on a quiet country lane. The area is of special historic interest and this is the perfect base to explore it and the nearby coastline. The surrounding countryside is dotted with ancient monuments, standing stones and a network of paths and riverside walks. There are a variety of lovely walks and cycle rides directly from the farmhouse. There are several chateau's in the area. Beautiful Dinan is about 15 minutes drive away, you can explore the medieval center where half timbered buildings overhang the cobbled streets or go down to the old port area where you can sit at a waterside cafe or have a superb meal in one of a choice of restaurants. Within easy reach is the rugged coastline of the Cote D' Emeraude and a choice of beautiful beaches and superb coves such as St Briac sur Mer.

Visit one of the many local markets; a feast for the senses or go hunting for bargains in the antique shops. Take a boat trip up the river Rance or along the coast. St Malo's walled citadel should not be missed. Play golf at one of several courses. Mont St. Michel with its famous Benedictine Abbey built on a rocky island, is an enjoyable day trip. Visit the gardens of Brittany. Enjoy watersports, horse riding or fishing nearby. Walk or cycle the many tracks or paths in the area.
