Very quiet, surrounded by farmland; Wood burning fires, beams, very cosy ambiance; TV lounge with DVD (Satellite television); 2 fully equipped kitchens with range type ovens; Magnificent oak dining table comfortably seating 18; Large lounge with full sized pool table, karaoke, roulette wheel and plenty of seating. Outside facilities: Covered, heated swimming pool (7m x 4m) , boules, badminton, table tennis, kiddies play area with Wendy house, sandpit, swings etc. Large patio with BBQ; All grounds fenced and child friendly.
