Detached villa amongst nature with an independent heated (23/24)swimming pool : few minutes of sandy beaches, setting in a lovely enclosed flower filled garden, with extensive views of arborated gardens from terrace. The pretty, modern interior in a seaside style(natural wood) is comfortable; offers light streams in through by large windows opening on terrace. Well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, TV(few English canal, hi-fi, DVD,), total equipped separate kitchen, living & dinning room with loggia for reading, 2 dbl bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms with 2 baths (2 basins in all) & 2 WC. It provides space for 6/8 people: 1/2 families with children who seek a relaxing rural and seaside holidays. Suitable for reduced mobility person & elderly because all rooms for live (kitchen;living and dining room, 1 bedroom is on the same floor, one terrace ). 45 min fly from London or Paris - perfect villa near beaches and village. Notes: French doors from the 'living rooms' open on the garden which enjoys the sun all day long. It's very private, peaceful and relaxing. Loggia for reading -you find many books. There is also a TV here with DVD, video player and lot of videos for children and adults, plus a cupboard games. Iron and ironing table too. You can choose many music of the world and special Brittany music without famous singers but discover the real Brittany song. The KITCHEN IS SPACIOUS, EXTREMELY WELL-EQUIPPED. All cottage is high standing because we live in too often. The garden is mostly grown grass and excellent for football, badminton, balancoire and child house with toys. You can relax when the children play in a secure area. House is suitable for elderly or infirm as once you are on the first floor the kitchen, dinning room, living room terrace, bathroom and toilet. You only need to use the stairs when you arrive.

Boat school is at 2 km and you can play tennis too. Cycling, sailing, theme park for children and adults. Oceanopolis the first big exterior aquarium in Europe. Take the boat and go to island of Molene, Ouessant, Batz.
