Modern house, with a view on Glenan islands. 15 min from Pointe de la Torche, a famous surfing spot. 5 min from Loctudy, a fishing port with shops and supermarket and fish market. Exceptional position, direct access to the beach, no road or garden to cross (great for young children). The south facing beach of fine white sand is protected from the dominant west winds. Swimming ideal for children.

Quimper, the capital of French Cornwall is 25 min, a beautiful large town with all facilities.
