Villa le Luron is a comfortable small house, superbly situated about 100m above the L'Avant Port beach, which can be reached either by road or by steps. The villa was completely renovated in 2003 to a very high standard. It has a sunny terrace of polished pink granite from the nearby pink granite coast, and there are superb views from the terrace, to the coast The pleasant garden is shared with the owner, and has a built in BBQ. The open plan living area is attractively furnished, and has a dining table and chairs, double sofa bed and French TV. The four windows give garden and sea views. The kitchen area is modern and well equipped. The spacious double bedroom is bright and sunny with double patio windows opening onto the terrace and another double window. Binic, with its 14 or so restaurants and cafes on the quayside is only 600m away. The coastal path with gives superb views and relatively easy access to rural beaches is just a short walk from the villa.

Binic, cotes Armor, is on the north coast of Brittany at the mouth of the River Ic and is known as 'the beauty spot of the Cotes d'Amour'. It has two safe sandy beaches as well as a marina and a new indoor leisure swimming pool. There are many other lovely sandy beaches all along this coast, some with easy access others more remote. The pink granite coast is also worth a visit. Many sailing schools, coastal footpaths and golf The coastal path provides marvellous walking. Other activities include sailing, fishing (sea and fresh water), golf, tennis and cycling. There are many interesting towns from St Brieuc with its medieval centre to Dinard, Dinan to Chaterlauren and other 'petite cities of caractere' Binic is close to the ferry ports of St Malo and Roscoff and to Dinard with flights by Ryanair. Notes: There are too many superb sandy beaches in the adjoining 10 km to mention. Some provide easy access with adjoining parking, some are more rural involving a walk, usually with steps, down the cliffs. You could easily visit a different beach each day. The custom officers path which running along the cliffs giving fantastic views of the coast, and reasonably easy access onto beaches, can be accessed from the port area.
