Situated in a large park with a lake for fishing, with swimming pool ( shared )A short drive to the vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly for wine-tasting. The medieval town of La Charité S/Loire is only 12km.20 mins. to Magny Cour, home of the French grand prix,2 hours to Paris. The cottage is 100 metres from the main house(B&B)Ground floor sleeps 4. 2 bedrooms, bathroom separate toilet. kitchen, lounge TV. outdoor furniture and BBQ. External stairs lead to the first floor where, there are 2 bedrooms each with its own shower room, separate toilet, lounge, TV. The area is very peaceful, chateaux, local markets and ancient villages to visit.
