Photos and Description of this Cote d'Or holiday farmhouse 4 Bedrooms (3 double bedrooms & 1 mezzanine). sleeps 8 (changeover Saturday)

Luxury Farmhouse down long drive in middle of 25 acres of fields, very private & exclusive. Lovely courtyard of the main house & stone built barns. 11m * 5m heated pool (alarmed & fenced), sun loungers & chairs. Next to pool is arge covered area for shade and BBQ, looking onto ake. House made of stone & has lots of beams. Big kitchen table, AGA, microwave, sat TV/DVD,d/w, w/m, hi-fi, internet wifi, bar football, Nintendo. Great restaurant 3min walk. House between Arnay le Duc and Pouilly en Anxious, 10min drive to each. Both have all the shops you need and lots of little restaurants. Dijon is a about 40min away. Beaune (and the vineyards) are about 35min away. Lots of great villages around such as Saulieu which has a 3 Michelin star restaurant, 15min away. Canals 10min away, lakes nearby for sailing etc. Golf course, stables10min away. 3 double beds (one can be a twin) (2 with showers and sinks). 4th bedroom (double) is a mezzanine but steep stairs.   • All new. Good pressure in showers. All have tiled floors. Roll top bath downstairs with underfloor heating. bath with shower in one of the master bedroom with sink. Shower with sink in other master.

  • All bedrooms either have en suite or are very close to a bathroom. All have hanging area or wardrobes and bedside table with light. All have chest of drawers. All had new duvet/sheets/mattresses and pillows in July 2007. The whole house has new 'coco mat' carpet in the bedrooms. Downstairs it is flagstone floor in the lounge, which has big sofas and chairs, a bar football table, TV and video and hifi. The kitchen has a AGA(not on in summer unless specifically requires), separate cooker, fridge freezer, microwave/grill/oven, kettle, all knives/forks/plates and glasses pots and pans. The house has new central heating and a log fire (with closable glass doors) in the lounge. Near the pool is a BBQ and loungers/chairs with cushions. Any questions please call David on 07767874494

I have a lovely English couple (who also speak french) who live in the net village who look after the house/pool and garden for me. They are always available if needed, for help or just simple advice as such things as choosing a good restaurant. Change over day saturday.

We have spent several holidays in this beautiful part of France, The farmhouse is very attractive, comfortable & very well appointed. The views from the garden & swimming pool area of the rolling countryside are very conducive to a relaxing holiday. Well positioned to visit the great Burgundy vineyards and fascinating cities of Dijon & Beaune. It is a bit like how England was 50 years ago, very peacful & no traffic. There is a supermarket within a 10 min drive and many good restaurants are within easy reach.

Fabulous & relaxing holiday

I have spent several holidays staying here - the location is stunning - surrounded by peaceful, rolling countryside. The farmhouse is spacious, bright, well decorated and has everything you need for a relaxed, self-catering holiday. The pool area is fabulous - very warm, clean pool with a handy shaded area which makes a great place for al-fresco lunches & dinners. You can simply laze the day away by the pool or go and visit many of the local vineyards, taste delicious wines and bring them back to the farmhouse, light the BBQ and carry on! Lots of activities to keep children entertained too - in a safe environment.
