Located in the sought after area of Cannes - beside The Carlton Hotel. Although the apartment is located in a building that does not have sea views, it is within a 30 second walk of the beach and designers shopping! No car is need as this area of Cannes is easily accessible by bus from NIce airport (45 mins at busy times), the train is a 5 minute walk away, and the shops, Restaurants, Beach, Conference centre etc are all within a few minutes of this luxurious apartment.
