Newly fitted (Jan 2006) galley kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, gas hob and washing machine. South facing terrace (10msq) with table and 2 chairs. Tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and hand-basin, also newly refitted in January 2006. There is gas central heating for the cooler months.

  • There is an obligatory cleaning and laundry fee of 60.00 Euros which is payable on departure.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental price is payable at the time of booking and the outstanding balance is payable 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental.

For the last two years my partner and I have rented this property for our summer break.
The reasons for returning again are quite simple we could not better both our desnitation or the apartment.
On arrival we were greeted by Connie who made us more than welcome (as a first contact we rate her very highly) nothing was to much trouble even small details like cold bottled water were provided and of course a very warm welcome.
We love the apartment it is very clean and well maintained
and the location is excellent,you really dont need a car as everything you need is only a short walk away.I have no doubt that we will return again at some point next year and have no problem in recommending this property as a great holiday base.
