Situated 5 minutes drive from the centre of Antibes, this light, sunny one-bedroom apartment with enclosed balcony is in a pleasant residential area. The attractive four-story secured residence is in landscaped grounds, with a large swimming pool. The apartment is on the first floor of with a lift. There is a table and chairs for dining on the balcony. There is a sofa bed in the lounge area and a double bed in the bedroom. The apartment has a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, telephone and wireless internet access (if you provide your own computer). There is electric heating for the winter months. The residence has a petanque court in the apartment grounds and a petanque set is provided in apartment. Parking in private garage is available. There is easy access by bus to shops, beach, town and port.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Weekly rates include electricity and water charges. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. A refundable booking deposit of 25% of the total rental is required to secure your booking. The balance of the rental is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. There will be no refunds for any cancellations after two weeks before the rental period. Payment is to be made by bank transfer in Euros or via paypal. A security bond of 300 Euros is required. This is refundable on your departure less the cost of any damage, breakage or loss of keys. Please note that any telephone calls made by you during your stay will be charged against your security bond. There is a compulsory cleaning / laundry fee of 50 Euros.
