Our fresh, light and spacious apartment is just four blocks from the sea on the edge of the Old Town. Excellent local supermarkets, patisserie, boulangerie and fresh produce markets are nearby. Our nearest beach is Plage de la Salis (8 mins walk). It offers fine white sand, clean water, fresh water showers and good facilities. A Sailing School is located on the beach and offers instruction to all ages, the hire of Cats and single hulls, Kayaks, etc for the more experienced. The Old Town, with it's narrow streets, market and delightful restaurants is a kaleidoscope of culture and interest.

Nearby Juan-les-Pins is the place to be for sophisticated nightlife while vibrant Monaco, where the rich and famous play the tables and everything stops for the Grand Prix, is just 45 minutes away by coastal train. Further to the North, the historic town of Grasse with it's perfume factories and quaint streets is a convenient gateway to the Alps-Maritimes. A trip to St Paul de Vence and the town of Vence is not to be missed. The historic Perched Villages of Eze and Gourdon are also nearby and easily accessible by car. Notes: The apartment is on the second floor and has both South and North facing balconies. A small lift/elevator is available. A launderette is a few minutes walk away and allows drop-off and same day collection. Dining tables and chairs are available on both balconies.

Skiing: A number of resorts are available in the Alps Maritimes most at around 1 hour and 15 minutes travel. ISOLA 2000 is approximately 1h 20m from the apartment and offers a very full ski experience with equipment rental, lift tickets and a variety of runs. We went twice over the Christmas 2005 period and found good snow and virtually no queues for lifts. Prices are more reasonable than the traditional Val d' Isere resorts.

Thank you for allowing us the use of your apartment for the past ten days.

We were extremely comfortable and found everything we needed in the apartment which was very well located and convenient to all amenities.

We had marvellous weather and as we love to walk around found lots of interesting places to walk to and took several car trips as well.

I am sure that either ourselves or some of our family would love to rent your apartment in the future if available.
