Photos and Description of this Antibes holiday apartment self catering rental, 2 bedrooms, terrace with panoramic view

The well-tended and secured residence with great comfort has a beautiful park with Mediterranean vegetation. It is situated in a restful residential area. The large pool is well maintained. The apartment is well planned and fully equipped. It is situated on the 6th-floor (2 lifts) and has a nice terrace (10m²) with panoramic views of the sea and mountains (no direct sea view, south-west orientation). There is a table, chairs and a sun-lounger. The main bedroom has a French double bed, and a second small room (cabin, typical for French holiday apartments) has a bunk bed , which is ideal for 2 children. In the living room there are 2 sofas, which can also be converted to 2 more beds if needed, and a dining area (however we recommend 4 pax) . The bathroom has a bath and shower attachment, the toilette is separate. The small separate kitchen has a fridge, a dishwasher, microwave and a coffee-machine as well as a washing machine. There is a large storage room incl. iron and iron board.

Antibes is one of the oldest towns on the French Riviera. It is situated half-way between Cannes and Nice. The apartment is ideally located at the foot of the 'Cap d'Antibes' at only 5 minutes walking distance to the many sandy beaches as well as to all commodities. The beautiful old town of Antibes with it's colourful local market and the famous Piccaso museum are only minutes away. Juan les Pins with it's night live, English pubs, bars, discos, casinos and restaurants are all within walking distance. The hinterland with many of the medieval villages like Mougins, Biot, Valbonne...is within 20 minutes drive. We are a French/German family (also English speaking) and have lived in Antibes for 15 years. It is with pleasure that we recommend places to our guests if they wish !
