This first floor apartment is situated within the ancient castle walls of this romantic medieval town. Within a few minutes stroll you can be on the sandy beach or viewing the magnificent harbour. The apartment has recently been refurbished giving a light airy and spacious feel, which comprises of two bedrooms (one double bed, one with a single bed and a single pull out bed) both with fitted wardrobes. The fully tiled bathroom has a corner shower, wash basin and separate W.C. There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, oven and hob, microwave and washing machine. The lounge / dining room has a sofa bed, two easy chairs, T.V. DVD and CD player. There are traditional French shuttered window in the main bedroom and living room which overlook the charming tiled streets below. The old town bustles with life through narrow streets and spacious tree lined squares, that are filled with open air cafes, restaurants and boutiques. An ideal holiday destination for families and couples.

Antibes is the perfect destination for touring or relaxing in the French Riveria. The excellent train service runs along the coast line as far as Italy calling at the famous resorts of Monaco, Nice, Cannes and St. Tropez. For those who would rather visit the more medieval villages you can head inland to St. Paul the Vence, Valbonne and Mougins or further north to the historic town of Grasse, which is famous for it's perfume factories. This is an area of France rich in history and culture and ideal for families or those who seek adventure.

  • To secure a booking, a £200 non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental. Linen is provided in the apartment, however we ask that you provide you own towels due to individual requirements. If you wish to rent towels this can be arranged through our property manager.
    Longer lets in the low season are negotiable. Variable lets are considered, please contact the owner to discuss.

Notes: This light airy spacious apartment is on the first floor of this charming medieval provencal building. The main bedroom has traditional shuttered doors opening onto a small balcony. There is another balcony situated off the living room. The fully tiled bathroom has concealed lighting corner shower unit, wash basin and a separate W.C. The lounge / dining room has comfortable seating with a T.V, stereo and DVD player.

Have just spent 10 days at this apartment. It is situated in the old town so very easy access to local beaches, shops, restaurants etc but also down a small street away from the noise of the bars etc. The place is small but comfortable - realistically only suitable for a max of 4 people (family) in my opinion. It is quite modern and has TV / DVD + selection of DVD's / books / scrabble / CD player but in truth when the weather is fine (most days) we hardly spent anytime in doors...The kitchen is also well stocked + washing machine + microwave etc so if you ever got sick of eating french / italian foods you could cook quite easily. Would definitely recommend this place. It also has bucket / spades plus mats etc for the beach so you really only need to bring your beach towels so can travel light. We booked and paid for everything from NZ and found Judith easy to get hold of, and she answered all my emails promptly.
