Nearby Juan les Pins is perfect for evening entertainment with its Casino, bars and restaurants. It is 40km from Monaco and 14km from Nice Airport.

The apartment at Avenue de Verdun is extremely well located for fans of Antibes with all amenieties being on the doorstep - short walk to the beach, the ramparts and only minutes away from the old town with it's food and craft market and fantastic restaurants (La Marmite has been a favourite of ours for years - try the Dourade which is excellent and never dissapoints).
The apartment is very modern, spacious and well equiped. As there was only 2 of us we had the benefit of a bathroom each! There is an enormous balcony with a very large table and chairs that would comfortably accomodate 8 people. Unfortunatley, the balcony overlooks the main road so there was traffice noise. That aside we were extremely happy with the apartment and had a wonderful holiday with excellent weather.

This apartment is very close to town, marina and beaches. It is easy to slip out for a meal or time on the beach, shopping, or visiting the Picasso Museum. Amanda and Louise are very helpful and friendly. Antibes is lovely and we had a great time. We particularly liked the Old Town and markets and Le Jardin Restaurant. The apartment was clean and had all we needed. However, we are not used to traffic noise and would recommend the apartment only if this doesn't bother you. Nevertheless, very nice.

A Fabulous Apartment in Antibes.

My wife and i stayed in the apartment with two friends for two weeks in Sept 2009.It truly is a luxury apartment,immaculate,plenty of space,excellent bathroom facilities,one en-suite,every modern convenience
Nothing is too much trouble for Karen and Amanda to make our stay very comfortable,they treat you like old friends.
It is centrally located,the town and market is 10 mins walk,Antibes is fabulous,good restaurants and exciting bars,and lots to see.The station, le Gare is 10 min walk,easy to get to Monaco,Menton,Cannes.
There are lots of maps and timetables in the apartment,its very easy to get around.Also the bus station is close by.

This apartment was great. It overlooks the marina and has a very nice feel. It is only a short stroll to the beach and old town and we truly enjoyed ourselves. I can recommend this apartment to anyone and would def. come back. We tried to book it for this year again but unfortunately it was already booked.

well equipped apartment in an excellent location close to all amenities.
The only drawback was that being so central the location is a bit noisy
traffic, late night revellers, & early morning refuse collectors
but I'd certainly stay there again.
the apartment was clean and well kept with good on-site service
