'Le Petit Trianon' is beautifully located just 100 metres from the nearest sandy beach. Only 10 minutes walk along the Ancient Ramparts to the Old Town of Antibes with its provencal market, cafes, restaurants & the famous Picasso museum. Full height sliding windows open out from both the living room & kitchen to a balcony with a sunset view overlooking gardens behind Antibes. The bedroom has a similar window onto another 'breakfast' balcony giving fantastic light throughout the apartment. En-suite shower room with toilet. Modern kitchen with all recently updated appliances, gas hob & electric oven.

Full height doors leading onto a balcony with table & chairs. Living/Dining area with sofa-bed for two, Dining table and seating for four people, Satellite TV, DVD/CD player. I don’t write many reviews, in fact I never have before but this time I had to, this apartment is excellent to say the least, the facilities are great, its very secure and the location is perfect, the beach is just around the corner, when we arrived at Antibes, we were called and given directions to the apartment, when leaving all we had to do was ring our contact and he arrived within 20 minutes and even gave us a lift to the station so overall the stay was relaxed and comfortable, oh and Antibes is a gem!!!!!

This apartment really lived up to our expectations (which were high). We have only positive things to say! It's perfectly located close to the beach in Antibes and close to the city centre/old village. It's clean and has a very well balanced air conditioning system. The neigbourhood is lovely with shops with everything you need. We really recomend this apartment.
