Perfect location !

Close to beaches, shops, restaurants, transport, what more can one ask in the way of location.
From here we could explore the whole Riviera without a car enjoying the calm of the low season.
The apartment was reasonably clean and well-equipped, the bedrooms quiet at the back. Even in February the balcony quickly became warm in the sun, and we enjoyed several meals there, as well as relaxing with a drink.

Excellent holiday apartment

Very easy to use , clean , bright , holiday apartment. Close to beaches , shopping , transport links and fantastic harbour.
Bedrooms very quiet , unusual in a busy town and sun all day on the terrace.
We had a fantastic month long holiday.

the balcony makes it!

Back from a week in Antibes in October. We had an excellent week. Antibes is a super place with beaches, a marina, open air market and a lovely old town. The apartment is in the middle of it all - a stone's throw from all the amenities including the main restaurant areas, the main square and the train station.
The apartment itself is in a very modern building and has loads of space. It has everything you would expect for self catering but also there is plenty of gear for the beach - umbrellas, mats etc etc.
For us, though, the best part was the balcony. It gets the sun all day and is perfect for a beer or glass of wine in the evening as the sun goes down.
We had a great time and are planning another trip for next year.

Great apartment and fabulous location

We had a perfect week. The apartment is clean, modern and well furnished. It is a stones throw from the old town, market, beach and the train station. Trains here are great as you can travel fast and cheap to Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Menton. We were also glad of the car parking space as parking in Antibes is very difficult - although make sure you don't rent too large a car as the garage turns are tight.

The balcony over looks the town so you get the best of both worlds - the buzz of the town during the evening whilst the bedrooms at the back are nice and quiet.

Everything we needed was in the kitchen - we even manged to have some old friends round for dinner. We are recommending the apartment to our friends in London.

Great location, very basic property.

This property is in a fantastic location, very convenient to trains, port and Old Town. It is clean, bright and relatively new. However, the furnishings are very basic. I would expect any flat in France to have more than one wine glass! The living room furniture is uncomfortable and a bit soiled, there is only French TV and no internet connection (although the couple that run the internet cafe at the end of the block are very nice). The kitchen has the basics and having a washer/dryer combo was nice but it is lacking a dishwasher.
