Ideally located in Illette between the Old Town Antibes , Cap d'Antibes and Juan les Pins with very easy access to local beaches, shops and restaurants; the marina and the provencal market. The apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard and contains a master bedroom with bathroom/shower and separate lavatory; a twin bedded room with bathroom /shower, lavatory and bidet, large living room with TV and dining area; fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob; lovely balcony for outside eating; there is also an underground garage. The apartment is on the second floor of a quiet block in a lovely residential area ; there is a lift . Ideal as accommodation for Cannes Film Festival and other conferences; and the Monaco Grand Prix and any other conventions or exhibitions in Cannes, Monaco or Nice, which are easily accessible by car or train.

Located just outside Antibes Old Town at the start of Cap d'Antibes, our apartment is an easy 10 minutes walk to Antibes or Juan Les Pins; 100m to excellent local boulangerie and local restaurants and cafes; 200 metres to publis and private sandy beaches; 20 minutes to Antibes marina; 15 minutes walk to the famous provencal market with wonderful fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, meat and spices. Excellent local restaurants in the town and surrounding area

  • Rental prices include bed linen and towels - one set per person. To secure bookings a 25% deposit is required; the outstanding balance is required 2 months prior to arrival. We require a security deposit of €300 or £300 payable by cheque two weeks prior to arrival. This is fully refundable if nothing is broken or damaged and the apartment is returned in a clean and tidy condition and use of the linen and towels provided has not exceeded one set per person , otherwise additional laundry costs may be deducted from the security deposit.

We had a fantastic time in Antibes. This apartment was perfect. It was so peaceful, clean, and convenient. We loved eating on the balcony. It is close to a wonderful bakery. We loved that it was so close to the best beaches. And it was fun to wander around town. And the owner and manager were great to work with.

Well located apartment close to all amenties

The Apartment is in a great position, far enough out of the centres of Antibes & Juan Les Pins to be peaceful but near enough for a stroll into the hustle and bustle of both. It's a couple of hundred metres from a good sandy public beach which did get very busy during our stay.
The Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is well presented with a pleasant balcony looking towards the sea (but not actually managing to see it!). The Apartment block is well looked after with nicely tended gardens/borders.
The owner, Vivien, replied quickly and efficeintly to all our enquiries and Julie, the local contact, was very helpful and understanding of our needs. We felt hat if we needed to contact her during out stay we could have done but luckily there was no need to.
Locally there was good Boulangerie (opens 6.30am!), Pharmacy, Newsagents and small supermarket at the end of the road and some good family friendly restuarants within a short walk.
All in all a great stay and highy recommended but the heat during August can sometimes get very uncomfortable.

We found this apartment to be the perfect place to stay for a relaxing holiday. It is spacious, comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed. It is in the perfect location. A 10-15 minute walk brings you into the centre of Antibes or in the opposite direction to Juan Les Pins. Both these towns are fascinating with their own very different ambience. You have the best of both worlds.
For beach lovers, the sandy Ponteil beach is a 5 minute stroll down the avenue and another 5 minute stroll takes you to Salis beach.
There are lots of superb restaurants all within easy walking distance. We can recommend Le Village, Marmite and Chez Juliette in Antibes. If anything goes wrong, there is a manager Julie who lives locally who is very helpful.
There is a fantastic bakery and patisserie, a small grocery/greengrocers, a chemist and newsagent within 5 minutes walk at the end of the avenue. Lots of other shops,daily market etc all within 10 minutes walk.
We managed well without a car as the bus and trains are excellent. It is a perfect base to explore the Cote D'Azur. We have returned 3 times now and have found the level of service to be consistent. We certainly plan to return.

We have just spent three weeks in the apartment. We found the
accommodation extremely comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Everything was provided, with a well equipped kitchen. The location is superb with the beach and promenade, bakery, small Casino food shop and restaurants all within 300 years.

Customer support was good.

We would certainly like to return and would recommend this apartment to our friends.
