The newly built (2003) and spacious apartment (75 m²) is situated on the ground floor of a typical Provencal style villa in a private domain. The separate entrance is at the backside of the villa. The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped and has a small terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, and a private parking in front of the entrance. There is a direct access to the pool of the villa (12,50m x 6,50m) which is only shared with the owner of the house. The pool is secure for smaller children, since shallow at the end of the stairs and alarm system (immersion detector). There is a ski bus, and the cost includes a day ski pass and return bus journey. Isola 2000 is located in the Mercantour Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with numerous outdoor activities
