The newly built (2003) and spacious apartment (75 m²) is situated on the ground floor of a typical Provencal style villa in a private domain. The separate entrance is at the backside of the villa. The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped and has a small terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, and a private parking in front of the of the entrance. There is a direct access to the pool of the villa (12,50m x 6,50m) which is only shared with the owner of the house. The pool is secure for smaller children, since shallow at the end of the stairs and alarm system (immersion detector). A second terrace 'Solarium' is at the disposal of our guests, with a beautiful view towards the backcountry and with table tennis and trampolin. The villa is perfectly located in a calme residentiel area and at the same time close to the beaches and the city center (10 minutes by car). A shopping center is near by and from Super-Antibes, Cannes & Nice are within 15/20 min drive.

UNIT : RENTAL OF THE ENTIRE VILLA The comfortable villa (180m2) is very bright - yellow & white painted walls and white marble floor - and has 5 sleeping rooms + mezzanine floor, therefor can sleep up to 10 people. The large living room (50m2) is opened to the garden and overlooks the backcountry. The spacious kitchen has a dining area and exits to 2 terraces , both with tables and chairs for dining and one with a barbecue. There is a 3rd terrace (solarium) and a table tennis and a trampolin. There is a TV in the living room and one on the mezzanine floor (both TV Satellite). The large sized pool of the villa (12,50m x 6,50m), is secure for smaller children, since shallow at the end of the stairs and alarm system (immersion detector). It has a diving board (depth 3m at the end). On the backside of the villa is the holiday apartment with separate entrance. The owners will occasionally sleep in the apartment when they maintain the pool and the garden.

Villa Balata is located in a private domain of a restful residential area in Super-Antibes, at only 2 minutes drive to a shopping center. It is secure for children since there is no traffic (only private path). The picturesque old town of Antibes with the local markets and the famous Picasso museum are within 10 minutes drive. Many sandy beaches in Antibes, Cap d'Antibes, Juan les Pins and Golfe Juan are within 10 - 15 minutes drive. It is also an ideal setting to explore the beautiful back country, within 15 / 25 minutes drive you can visit Mougins, Valbonne, Biot, Vallauris, Cagnes, etc. Besides to enjoy the glamour of the French Riviera in Cannes, this takes only 20 minutes drive to reach the famous 'Croisette' Since the entrance to the highway is close (3 minutes) it is easy to go to Nice(Airport 10min.), Monaco (40min), Italie (50min), St. Tropez (90min) etc. Also golfers will enjoy that many golf places can be reached easily - only 5 min. to the Golf St.Phillip
