We're told there's 300 days of sunshine in Antibes and so far the description is accurate. Even in the winter the climate is very pleasant and there is sunbathing in sheltered places and there's always the opportunity to dine al fresco.

The apartment which is 62msq has 2 bedrooms (1 Twin/1 Double) with ample wardrobe space and a separate toilet and bathroom. There is a small well equipped separate kitchen which has all modern conveniences as well as a comfortable living/dining room which opens out to a 40 ft long balcony which is west facing. It is a good sunny apartment with views of the residential area which is quite pleasing and you can see down to the sea. The apartment is on the first floor and is very secure.
Location:
15 minutes drive from the airport and 10 min walk to Antibes. There are a nice set of shops with butcher, bakery, chemist, bar and pizza shop just 3 mins up the hill. And its Just minutes to shops, bar, restaurants in the town. Yet the apartment benefits from being in a nice quiet residential area.
You don't necessarily need a car to get around particularly if you are only here for a week or less. There are great rail links to Nice and Cannes so its a great base to explore the Cote d'Azur.
