Pleasant bright apartment just 10 mins walk to Antibes and 15 to the beach. In a quiet residential area, this apartment is just one of 18 and is secure with parking. The apartment is west facing with great sun in the afternoon and evening and has a cosy balcony. In brilliant condition with good furnishings the apartment has all mod cons including fully fitted kitchen, microwave, TV and CD player. With 62sq metres of space this 2 bed apartment can accommodate 4 comfortably (but there is a good quality pull out bed for a fifth). The apartment block is just 3 floors high most of the occupiers are French. There is a bakery, fruit shop, chemist, bar and pizza shop just 3 minutes up the Hill in Roi Soleil and its a nice stroll down to Antibes in the evening for a great choice of restaurants. Designated free car parking which is fully secure.

Antibes is a great beach town with enough for adults and children. There are three public beaches and there is a beautiful old town with quaint shops, and a provencal market. There's a marvellous yachting harbour which is the largest pleasure boat harbour in Europe with lots of marvellous boats to drool over. There's over 100 restaurants and bars -so much choice and not enough time and on Thursday there's a lively market day in the morning. Its just a 20 min drive from the airport and a great choice to minimise travel time. If you have a car its worth exploring the mountains which are a 15 min drive away. Check out the pretty towns of Valbonne or Mougins. Meanwhile Nice, Cannes and St Tropez, Monaco are all close by and its only 90 mins to Aix en Provence.

A bright (west facing) airy 2 bed apartment in a quiet location with all mod cons. Secure and with designated parking. Within easy walking distance to Antibes. It is 5 mins walk to local shops, 7 mins to rail station, 10 to centre of Antibes and 15 to beach. Antibes is ideal holiday location with 3 public beaches, a lively old town, numerous restaurants and bars. Just 20 mins drive from Nice Airport - travel time is cut down for you to enjoy the maximum time on holiday. We're told there's 300 days of sunshine in Antibes and so far the description is accurate. Even in the winter the climate is very pleasant and there is sunbathing in sheltered places and there's always the opportunity to dine al fresco.
Accommodation
The apartment which is 62msq has 2 bedrooms (1 Twin/1 Double) with ample wardrobe space and a separate toilet and bathroom. There is a small well equipped separate kitchen which has all modern conveniences as well as a comfortable living/dining room which opens out to a 40 ft long balcony which is west facing. It is a good sunny apartment with views of the residential area which is quite pleasing and you can see down to the sea. The apartment is on the first floor and is very secure.
Location
15 minutes drive from the airport and 10 min walk to Antibes. There are a nice set of shops with butcher, bakery, chemist, bar and pizza shop just 3 mins up the hill. And its Just minutes to shops, bar, restaurants in the town. Yet the apartment benefits from being in a nice quiet residential area. You don't necessarily need a car to get around particularly if you are only here for a week or less. There are great rail links to Nice and Cannes so its a great base to explore the Cote d'Azur.
