This recently constructed apartment block is ideally located in the centre of Antibes just 200m from the town square - the 'Place du General de Gaulle'. The seafront and beaches are only a short 10 minute stroll away and the Old Town with its narrow streets, provencal market and abundance of restaurants is less than 400m away. The apartment block is also well positioned for access to the neighbouring seaside resort of Juan les Pins which is within a 20 minute walk. The apartment was completed and furnished in September 2006 so has a very clean and modern feel to it - it is also set back from the main road so is quiet in the evenings. There is a supermarket and bakery just 50m away from the building. The apartment also benefits from a secure underground parking space if required.

Situated between Nice and Cannes Antibes offers some of the most spectacular sea-level views available anywhere along this coast. It has the largest private marina in Europe and is home to some of the most luxurious yachts of the world. The old town which dates back 2500 years is a labyrinth of charming streets filled with shops, street cafes, squares, restaurants, galleries, museums and churches. With daily markets and artisans’ workshops situated in and around the town, Antibes offers shoppers a variety of unique goods. The town can also act as a gateway to the rest of the riviera with its good train connections including Monaco and Cannes, the pretty hilltop villages of Mougins and Grasse, as well as other charming seaside resorts such as Menton and Golf Juan.

Notes: The apartment is on the sixth floor and has a 11m2 balcony that is SE facing. A lift/elevator is available. Central location

We stayed in this lovely apartment in the fall 2008 and had a really nice stay. We chose the apartment because of the good location close things important to us (such as the town centre, attractions, and bus connenctions to Sophia Antipolis and Nice Airport). The street where the apartment is located is very quiet and there are two grocery stores and a bakery just nearby. We enjoyed the sunny balcony for breakfasts.
The apartment was very clean and well equipped and the owners provided for the linen so didn't have to carry extra weight in luggage. We felt that we were in good hands regarding the service provided by the owners and would recommend this apartment for friends, and have already.

Central to everything

We had a great stay in this apartment, which is truly central to all that Antibes has to offer. Clean, modern, and well equipped, with everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay.
The large balcony was a definite bonus where you could eat al fresco every day, making the most of the day's sunshine and the peace of the evening. The location is actually very quiet, with no traffic noise (essential for a good night's sleep) yet only a few yards to the local supermarket and bakery.
The centre of Antibes, just five minutes walk away, has many lovely restaurants and public squares. Likewise,it was only a pleasant stroll to the beach, and the wonderful resort of Juan Les Pains was again, only fifteeen minutes walk.
If you want to explore further afield, the local train service gets you right along the coast to such places as Cannes and Monte Carlo.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and will certainly be returning.

This was a great apartment, very clean and very accessable to all shops etc. We have been to Antibes many times and cannot fault the area. The transport is very cheap the buses can get you from anywhere between Nice and Canne, and remember the trains can take you to Italy for the market on Fridays not to missed. There is lots to do for all ages, and many places to eat to suit all budgets. Although the supermarkets/market were very close, and it's was good to cook with the fresh produce that they provide. We will be back again

An excellent appartment, ideally suited for two persons or four with a squeeze. Better equipped than we expected with many of the things you either didn't have room for or wish you had brought along ie washing machine, hair drier, travel plugs, iron & board, beach mats/umbrella etc. just a microwave missing. Well located for the town of Antibes and for travelling further afield to either Cannes,Nice or beyond with regular and good value buses or train services.

Antibes is a beautiful old town and very central for visiting other places via train or car in the South of France. We have stayed in this apartment twice now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to our friends. It is a lovely, clean and ultra modern apartment in a nice area. It is within walking distance of everything, the beach, the old town, the shops and the railway station. I
