This newly constructed apartment block is ideally located in the centre of Antibes just 200m from the town square - the 'Place du General de Gaulle'. The seafront and beaches are only a short 10 minute stroll away and the Old Town with its narrow streets, provencal market and abundance of restaurants is less than 400m away. The apartment block is also well positioned for access to the neighbouring seaside resort of Juan les Pins which is within a 20 minute walk. The apartment was completed and furnished in September 2006 so has a very clean and modern feel to it - it is also set back from the main road so is quiet in the evenings.
